Sign-Ups and Tryout Information
Athletic Medical Clearance
In order to tryout/practice all students must be fully cleared via SportsNet. The clearance process includes two steps.
1. Registering your student on SportsNet for the 2023-2024 school year
2. Uploading a current Medical Release Form completed by a licensed physician.
Please do not email any medical clearance forms to the the school office. We do not accept hard copies of physicals. All forms are to be completed and attached through our online system.
Students who are not registered and cleared prior to the first day of tryouts/practice will not be able to participate.
Fall Preseason Screening
If interested in taking advantage of this opportunity please fill out the form below. Spots are limited and each student will be assigned an examination time. Examination times will be communicated as the date gets closer.
The cost of the screening will be $20. Cash or check will be accepted the day of the screening. If paying by check, please make the check out to Archbishop Riordan Athletics and enter Sports Medicine in the memo line.
