Clearance Deadlines for 2024-2025 Athletic Registration
SportsNet Registration for the 2024 - 2025 school year will begin July 1st, 2024. Please submit online registration packet by the dates listed below.
Fall: August 5th, 2024 (August 5th for students interested in playing football)
Winter: October 28th, 2024
Spring: January 27th, 2024
Please do not email any Athletic Preparticipation Physical Evaluation Forms to the the school office. We do not accept hard copies of physicals. All forms are to be completed and uploaded during the SportsNet online registration.

Riordan Team Physician: Dr. Ephraim Dickinson
Dr. Ephraim Dickinson is a skilled, caring, and expert orthopedic surgeon who specializes in minimally invasive arthroscopic knee, shoulder, and hip surgery. He received his MD from Columbia University and completed his orthopedic residency at St. Mary's Hospital in San Francisco. He then completed a fellowship in Sports Shoulder and Elbow at OrthoCarolina in Charlotte, where he was the assistant team physician to the Carolina Panthers and the Charlotte Knights. Dr. Dickinson continues to work with high school and college athletes to develop sport-specific injury prevention protocols.
Dr. Dickinson is board-certified in orthopedic surgery and has a particular interest in cartilage restoration and transplantation procedures for the knee. He is also an expert in complex knee and shoulder ligament reconstructions and shoulder replacements. In addition to his clinical skills, Dr. Dickinson is also known for his compassionate care and commitment to patient education. He takes the time to listen to his patients' concerns and explain their treatment options in a clear and concise way. He also provides his patients with the support and resources they need to recover from their surgery and return to their active lifestyle. In his free time, Dr. Dickinson enjoys through-hiking and backpacking, mountaineering, cycling, back-country skiing, and traveling. He is dedicated to providing his patients with the highest quality care and helping them achieve their full recovery potential.
