Requirements & Form Links
Archbishop Riordan High School clubs are designed to organize service opportunities that engage students to participate in various avenues of service on campus. Off-campus opportunities are available through the built-in opportunities provided by the MobileServe app and the approved non-profit organizations and charitable institutions of the Campus Ministry Office.
NATURE & FORMAT
The school year 2025-2026 will be a “pilot year”. There will be two (2) forms of service opportunities: Service to the School (On-Campus) and Service to the Community (Off-Campus). The program will focus more on “opportunities” rather than requiring “hours”. This allows students to see that there will always be opportunities to serve others.
SERVIAM opportunities are charitable endeavors or advocacies that render actual services (and not simply donating in a drive or household chores, babysitting, etc.) in the school and with non-profit organizations.
SERVIAM requires a minimum of one (1) Service to the School (on-campus) and a minimum of one (1) Service to the Community (off-campus) within a semester for this pilot year 2025-2026. *The required number of opportunities will gradually increase for the upcoming years. Students cannot repeat the same completed and recorded opportunity. Involvement to other service opportunities is highly encouraged.
