Breast Cancer Awareness Money Drive

Reasons to Donate:
Breast cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in women, and by donating to this drive, you can help raise awareness on breast cancer, help fund breast cancer research to find a cure, sponsor current and future patients, and make a positive difference in our world.
Donations:
This is also a House competition! Cash and online donations will help your House earn positive points, while coins donated in the House jars found near the front office will lose points for that House. You can donate cash in the house jars or the envelope provided in R-Time. Our goal is $5 per student, but you can also send the link to relatives to donate on a student’s behalf - just add the room number and House!
Incentives:
When you donate, you can get your Crusader Call points,, free dress for the top R-time of each House, and best of all, a free R-time/extended break in the cafe, courtyard, or gym for the R-time that donates the most!

Why it matters to us:
The Breast Cancer Awareness Drive exemplifies the Marianist CMEs of Service, Justice, and Peace, and Integral, Quality, Education. It calls our attention to a major, life-threatening issue that continues to affect many people today, mostly women. The drive promotes the common good by helping needy cancer patients obtain good, quality healthcare. Thus, it challenges students to step up and answer the Cry of the Poor in Laudato Si through their donations.
