How to Apply: Freshman Applicants
Class of 2031
Step 1: Inquire
Complete the Inquiry and Events Form to join our mailing list and register for admissions events like Crusader for a Day and Open House.
Step 2: Visit
There is no substitute for seeing Riordan in person. Experience a school day, tour campus, and meet our students and teachers. Complete our Inquiry and Events Form to sign up for your Crusader for a Day shadow experience and get an inside look at life at Riordan.
Step 3: Apply
Access the admissions portal and start your application by clicking here. Submit your application by the deadline, November 20 at Midnight.
Step 4: Apply for Financial Aid (if Needed)
Families applying for financial aid submit their application through TADS. Aid decisions are made separately from admissions decisions.
Step 5: Test
Take the High School Placement. To test at Riordan on December 5th, select Riordan in the HSPT section of your application, which must be submitted by the deadline.
Step 6: Decide
Admissions decisions for the Class of 2031 are released on March 12th. Accept your spot and celebrate!
Step 7: Enroll
Complete enrollment and officially become a Crusader by March 19th.

The application for the Class of 2031 is now open. Create an account, start your application, and take the first step toward becoming a Crusader.

Transfer Students
Join Us Mid Journey
Transfer students are welcome at Riordan and may apply at any time for fall enrollment. Applications are reviewed in April.
After you apply, upload your student's most recent transcript or report card to your account.

Students join our boarding community from across the country and around the world, in one of the only urban boarding programs in the nation.
