Sabrina Bermudez - AT Announcement

The Archbishop Riordan High School Athletic Department is excited to announce the hiring of Sabrina Bermudez as the new Athletic Trainer effective July 1.

Bermudez is a Daly City native who graduated from Seton Hall University in New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences as well as a Master of Science in Athletic Training. She has worked for the Olympic Club in San Francisco, as well as high schools in Pacifica, Virginia, and New Jersey before joining Riordan. Bermudez is also bilingual in Spanish.

“I am very excited to be joining Riordan! I have already met several great people and look forward to working with more of the staff and building relationships with the student-athletes this year,” Bermudez said. “As an Athletic Trainer, I want to educate students on how to participate in sports safely and at optimal performance.”

Riordan Athletic Directors Jay’Sen Morris and Bob Greene stated that, “Sabrina is passionate about serving our student-athletes and we are very excited for the positive impact she will have on and off the field to prepare and protect our student-athletes each day.”

Bermudez takes over as Athletic Trainer, working alongside Anthony Rissotto '17, for Erin Stovall, who has held the position since 2015.
