REMINDERS
- SHED hours must involve working directly with one of
four populations: Sick, Homeless, Elderly or Disabled.
- Choosing An Agency: when choosing an agency, organization,
or ministry, keep in mind that “approved” sites must meet
several of the following criteria:
• Have a “not-for-profit” status
• Serve those with significant need
• Are able to provide interpersonal opportunities for direct contact
with those being served, not simply opportunities for non-relational
tasks
• Are firmly established with a reputable background

The forms are also available in the main office and outside Mrs. Johnston’s
Office – Room 8 in the counseling wing.
Completed forms should be returned to Ms. Aragon in
the Campus Ministry Office.
