The Marianist Integration Team (MIT) meets regularly to ensure that the 5 Characteristics of
Marianist Education permeate throughout all that we do at Riordan. The team is also responsible
for creating detailed long-term and short-term strategies for program implementation and enhancement
in this regard. The Marianists have a comprehensive set of resources available to MIT, which Riordan
